Privacy Policy

    This policy explains what data IMEX Center collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have as a business user of the platform.

    1. Data we collect

    Account details (name, email, account type), company, brand and branch profile data, uploaded verification documents and certificates, listings you publish, messages you send through the platform, and technical data such as device and usage information.

    2. How we use it

    To operate your account, verify businesses, calculate the IMEX Score, match buyers and suppliers, run tenders and pre-contracts, provide analytics such as profile views, and to protect the platform against fraud and non-compliant trade.

    3. What others can see

    Public company, brand and product profiles are visible to visitors and search engines. Verification documents, private messages and internal notes are never published; they are accessible only to you and to authorised IMEX administrators.

    4. Retention and archives

    Uploaded documents and agreement acceptances are archived immutably so that a verifiable record exists even after you replace or delete a file in your profile.

    5. Your rights

    You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. Some records must be retained for legal, audit and dispute-resolution purposes.
