Terms of Use

    These terms govern your access to and use of IMEX Center, a B2B international trade platform connecting verified buyers, suppliers, brands and branches.

    1. Accounts and eligibility

    You must provide accurate company, brand or branch information when registering. Official entity names are immutable after signup and can only be corrected by IMEX administrators. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

    2. Verification and IMEX Score

    Access to certain capabilities — publishing products and market requests, national and international tenders, pre-contracts and chat — depends on your verification level and IMEX Score. IMEX may review, approve, reject or revoke verification items and uploaded documents at any time.

    3. Content and conduct

    You warrant that products, requests, tenders and documents you publish are lawful, accurate and that you hold the rights to share them. Misleading listings, sanctioned or restricted trade activity, and attempts to circumvent compliance controls are prohibited.

    4. Transactions between users

    IMEX Center provides discovery, communication and tendering tools. Commercial agreements are concluded directly between the parties involved. IMEX is not a party to those contracts and does not guarantee performance, payment or delivery.

    5. Records and audit

    Platform activity, document uploads and agreement acceptances are logged and retained as evidence for dispute resolution and compliance purposes.
